I specialize in the minutia of modernist homes located in Los Angeles. By placing importance on the architectural details I believe I honor the fact that the architects who designed these homes labored over every detail.  I have returned vitrolite to the Ross House by Raphael Soriano, fabricated Lumiline fixtures for the Koblick duplex by Richard Neutra, sourced period correct plumbing fixtures for the Blair House by Harwell Hamilton Harris, restored the original venetian blinds for the Falk Apartments by Rudolph Schindler, and rebuilt the original doorknobs for the Daniel House by Gregory Ain.  There is no detail that is too small to pique my interest. To me these things are the unnecessary necessities.
